Foran Officers, Partners and Directors Exam Preparation Seminar
Foran's Officers', Partners' and Directors' seminar will interest those preparing to write the exam for the mutual funds senior officers course (OPD.)

This two-day seminar will assist the individual who requires the above course to become registered as a partner or director of a firm dealing in mutual funds.
In addition, the designated Chief Compliance Officer of an Exempt Market Dealer may satisfy their proficiency requirement under National Instrument 31-103 by passing the Officers, Partners and Directors Course offered by IFSE.
Content: This seminar covers key aspects of the OPD course including: risks and rewards of investments; role of a director; securities laws and policies/instruments; taxation; tax deferral programs; advertising rules; supervision and training of personnel; financial planning; N.R.D. registration forms, prospectus requirements and National Instrument 81-105 compensation.
