The Foran Conduct and Practices Handbook seminar prepares you to pass your Canadian securities CPH exam and is designed for individuals who are being registered to sell securities in Canada.

CPH Course Content Covered:

This two-day Conduct and Practices Handbook Course seminar covers Canadian securities registrant code of ethics and standards of conduct.

Key topic areas include:
regulation of the securities industry and registration of securities industry participants; dealing with clients, opening accounts, sales and trading conduct, placing orders, types of accounts and orders; special transactions and products; rules and regulations of the stock exchanges, securities commissions. Practical applications of the rules and regulations will be discussed to give the participant a better understanding of how the investment business functions.
