Mr. Carroll is a Master Trainer in NLP, a
prestigious distinction which is held by a select few in
the NLP field. Michael has offered NLP programs in London,
England and internationally and has coached high profile
individuals on a one on one basis as well as conducted numerous
NLP programs for domestic and multinational corporations.
Students attending Mr. Carroll's programs have come from
over 20 countries and are from numerous backgrounds including
entrepreneurs, salespeople, CEOs, presidents, teachers,

Master Practitioner programs, at the Trainer level, and

planning company in the UK. Michael personally has been
ranked in the top 2% of annual sales in the financial services
field in the UK; this includes life insurance, pension products
and various investments. To advance his understanding of
business communication Michael undertook 4 years of extensive
research into how the human mind works. This led him to
being certified as a Master Trainer of NLP (the highest
recognition in the field). He is recognized for his innovation
in developing new business applications for NLP and exciting
new ways of training.
