| Mr.
Buckles is an independent Certified Financial Planner with
his own private practice in Port Coquitlam, BC. He specializes
in investment, tax, estate and retirement planning and has
been actively involved in the financial planning industry
since 1994. He has been teaching the strategic investment
planning, risk management & estate planning and the
professional practice courses of the CFPTM program at Capilano
College in North Vancouver since 1999.
Steven has taught tax and estate planning
sessions for Foran Financial Institute, at the Foran 5-day
Exam Preparation Workshop for CFPTM Examination candidates,
in Vancouver since the year 2000.
