This 2-day Foran CPH seminar prepares you to pass your CPH exam, an IIROC 90-day requirement for those being registered to sell securities in Canada.

The Foran Conduct and Practices Handbook seminar study notes and quizzes and other in-class handouts will cover rules, regulations, practices and ethics for those being registered to sell securities in Canada.

CPH Course Content Covered:

This three-day Conduct and Practices Handbook Course seminar covers Canadian securities registrant code of ethics and standards of conduct.

Key topic areas include: regulation of the securities industry and registration of securities industry participants; dealing with clients, opening accounts, sales and trading conduct, placing orders, types of accounts and orders; special transactions and products; rules and regulations of the stock exchanges, securities commissions. Practical applications of the rules and regulations will be discussed to give the participant a better understanding of how the investment business functions.

Toronto Dates:

Beginning January 2021 classes will be held at WaterPark Place, 20 Bay Street Toronto
